Arbitration shall take place in Broward County, Florida, unless otherwise agreed.
7.3 Class Action Waiver – You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and TMG AI Solutions, LLC individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
7.4 Exceptions – Notwithstanding the foregoing, TMG AI Solutions, LLC. may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
